Your therapist will talk with you prior to your session and based on your input, help create your perfect massage to help soothe, relieve and revive your body, mind and spirit.
Our Advanced Structural/ Medical Massage
A customized massage designed for those with specific soft tissue and structural needs such as: issues with soft tissues from overuse and strain, sciatica, back or hip pain due to structural imbalances, plantar fasciitis, headaches, recovery from injuries, scoliosis pain and complex chronic issues. Your therapist will work with you to create a session best suited for you. Cupping, Kinesio tape, heat and ice may be utilized to aid in healing. At home stretches and postural education may be shown to help support and maintain beneficial changes. All advanced massage Therapists have a minimum of 20 years hands on massage experience.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is specially designed to provide comfort and relief to mommy and baby. Decrease swelling of legs and arms, ease tension in shoulders and low back and help mommy relax. Special pregnancy cushions or sideline cushions are used to provide comfort and safety to both mommy and baby. $92/hr.
Thai Massage
A massage performed on a mat on the ground while the recipient wears comfortable, loose clothing. A series of assisted, yoga-like stretches and poses that are performed by the practitioner, in combination with compression, jostling, rocking, and kneading to help the body let go into ultimate (deep) relaxation, Influenced by the ancient wisdom of meeting the body where it's at and providing what's needed to bring balance. $97/hr.
Hot Stone
Melt away your tension with smooth, heated basalt stones, an ancient healing therapy. This massage penetrates deep into muscles to reach those buried aches and pains. Add $15 to any massage time. Minimum of 1 hour advanced notice needed for hot stones.
Cranial Sacral Massage
A gentle massage comprised of holds and slow movements to improve the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid and realigns the central nervous system, allowing your body to unwind and provide deep relaxation. 60 mins: $95, 75 mins: $115, 90 mins: $135
Kinesio Taping
Kinesio tape can aid in structural healing for painful and unstable areas. Add this service to any massage for an additional $10 per area.
Aromatherapy
We use only high quality, pure essential oils in carrier oil and to infuse the air for you to inhale for the full experience of the luxurious scent and healing properties of each oil. Oils can be used to relax, calm emotions, and add deep healing to muscles. Add essential oils to any massage for $10.
Cupping and Gua Sha
Silicone cups are placed over troubled areas of the body creating suction to help muscles deeply relax and relieves tension of very tight areas. Cups can be used as static holds for deep congestion of tissues or gliding for better overall flow. Gua Sha is an ancient technique that gently scrapes the skin in congested tissues. Great for relieving tight, stubborn tissues and helps boost circulation for healing. Add cupping to any massage for deep tissue relief for $10.
